Foghorn's journey began with co-owners Steve & Esty, who set out to open a brewing company that went beyond the goal of crafting top quality beer and to build a business that celebrated community. Esty is a longtime staple in the maritime brewing industry with over 15 years experience. He is a true craftsman and together they opened Foghorn's brewery and taproom in the heart of KV in 2016. After three years of tremendous support from the community, the business expanded and opened a production and packaging facility in Quispamsis.
Since opening, Foghorn has won 3 Canadian brewing awards and is proud to distribute beer to an ever growing list of restaurants and retail locations in New Brunswick.

While a well-made and thoughtfully-crafted pint of beer is a beautiful thing and huge part of what we do, it is not the main reason we started Foghorn Brewing Company. Supporting local, helping our neighbours and giving back to the community that made Foghorn possible is what makes our business whole.
Beer is platform for gathering, having a laugh and griping about the ridiculousness of the world. We’re all in this together and we wanted our taproom & brewery to be a space to do just that
